to provide roadside assistance and towing on the roads of the Lille metropolitan area (59390 LYS LEZ LANNOY and surroundings)

Remember: 

- Police and CRS hotlines;

- Assigned vehicle;

- Night and weekend on-call scheduled monthly;

- Increased overtime.

​

Desired certifications:

- C license;

- FIMO;

- Diploma or knowledge in mechanics in order to detect the breakdown and know how to solve it;

- Ability to perform small repairs (changing bulbs, batteries, fuses, ...);

- Useful electrical knowledge.

within our car repair company with more than 35 years of experience, we are looking to complete our dynamic team, a versatile administrative employee (M/F) to ensure the continuity of our services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 7.

​

The position to be filled is day (35h week + increased overtime possible), with compulsory telephone on-call at night and on weekends(at home and according to a predefined schedule each month).

​

The missions requested will be above all:

- Reception of telephone calls;

- Billing of interventions;

- Client reception;

- Monitoring and management of the car storage park;

- The organization and management of the schedule which will require direct cooperation with our repair technicians may be required of you

​

Experience in a similar position (troubleshooting - ambulances - taxis - VTC - transport) is a real plus.

​

Knowledge of the Lille metropolitan area is a plus.
Some automotive notions appreciated (but not essential).
